CONTEMPORARY ENTREMET SESSION
A private four-hour session inside the GIOMECCA laboratory focused on the construction and finishing of a contemporary entremet. You will work hands-on with components such as sponge, inserts, crémeux, mousse, crunchy layers, glazing or spray finishing, assembly and final presentation.
The session can be tailored to your experience level and specific technical interests within the selected theme.
